With this growth comes demand for a new Junior Accountant to join and progress within their company.

The successful candidate would begin reporting to a manager, where their responsibilities will grow as they increasingly gain more experience, even gaining the opportunity to make site visits to carry out work with the client. The role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysing reported expenditure, raising queries to clients, conducting client query resolution meetings and finalising accounts with the clients for review.

What you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to help interact and build long-term relationships with clients. Whilst not essential, experience in a client facing is advantageous.
  • Be self-organised, able to work autonomously and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset to help identify and resolve problems.
  • A good foundation of knowledge of accounts function within property management is advantageous.
