Are you ready to step into a senior financial role that blends strategy with hands-on action? I am exclusively working with a growing manufacturing business who, following a period of change following a recent merger, are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a part time basis. This role will offer the successful candidate to a pivotal force in driving this company's growth alongside the Operations Director and Managing Director.

In this role, you won't just be overseeing the numbers-you'll be guiding the financial health of the business and shaping decisions. As a vital member of their small but dynamic team, you'll be directly involved in everything from the day-to-day AP/AR management, producing timely, accurate management accounts all while implementing strategic insights.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports that inform top-level decisions
  • Oversee key areas like billing, AP, AR, Inventory and revenue recognition
  • Lead the creation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Ensure smooth, compliant payroll processing and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow and manage financing strategies
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and controls to keep us efficient and agile

This is a hands-on role with a high-level impact. You'll be the go-to financial expert, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and providing insights that shape the future of our business. It's an opportunity to partner with senior leaders and influence both operational and strategic decisions.
