?? Location: Birmingham?? Position: Management Accountant?? Full-Time?? Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:- Lead and manage the Finance Team to ensure KPIs and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard.
- Take ownership of Month and Year-End close tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting within specified timescales.
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations for review and sign-off.
- Assist in preparing insightful reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Review and enhance reporting, processes, and procedures to add value.
- Oversee quarterly invoicing for VAT customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- CIMA / ACCA qualification
- Advanced Excel skills
