We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Accountant to join our client's esteemed finance team. Role Overview:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our client's organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will work within a tenured and supportive finance team. This role is perfect for an individual with strong analytical skills, technical accounting knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Month-End Closure & Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Manage month-end closure processes and balance sheet reconciliations for six companies.

Journals, Prepayments & Accruals: Prepare and review journals, prepayments, and accruals.

Strategic Contribution: Help deliver strategic goals and objectives to the wider business.

Year-End Statutory Accounts: Prepare year-end statutory accounts in compliance with relevant regulations.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.

Board Reporting: Prepare and present month-end accounts and reports to the board.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills to analyse and manage complex financial data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience in reporting to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish strong working relationships across the organisation.
