- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyse variances against budgets and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads, senior management, and stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in housing, property management, or a related sector.
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience using financial software (e.g., Xero) and familiarity with ERP systems (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
