As a Managing Client Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role within a dynamic finance team, managing client reporting and financial oversight for a key client portfolio. In this varied and hands-on role, you will oversee financial reporting for several newly acquired, high-value sites, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and manage a small team of industry professionals.

Skills Needed

  • Have prior experience managing your own property portfolio, including client relationships and financial reporting.
  • Be actively studying towards your ACCA or CIMA qualifications, with a commitment to furthering your professional development.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of service charge budgeting and forecasting.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, alongside experience using property management systems.
