Overview

Mitchell Adam is excited to be working with a thriving commercial services client based in Dudley. Following a period of expansion through acquisition, they are looking to bring on board hands-on and dedicated Management Accountants to join their growing team. As the company continues to scale, you'll have the opportunity to do the same - gaining valuable experience by working closely with a qualified Financial Accountant to oversee your designated entity.

This role is perfect for an adaptable, motivated, and experienced Management Accountant eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your day to day will involve compiling and analysing financial data to create detailed management accounts packs, which you'll then present to senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills will be key, as you'll also be working closely with non-financial stakeholders to deliver budgets and forecasts.

Skills Required

  • Experience assisting with budget and forecast preparation.
  • Previous exposure to presenting management information packs internally.
  • You will have a confident and personable approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
  • A proactive mindset, keen to refine processes and introduce new efficiencies.
