Overview

Our highly regarded Commercial Property client, located in a stunning City Centre office, is currently seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join to join a bespoke client facing team responsible for managing a unique property portfolio. The company is experiencing remarkable growth, attracting new business across various sectors, and the senior leadership team is dedicated to investing in your professional development.

Your role will be dynamic, as each day will bring new challenges in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating various reports for your clients, delivering them in person with commentary to maintain strong relationships. You will oversee financial matters, with responsibility for all funds associated with each property, including ground rent, service charges, sinking funds, VAT, and deposits.

Skills needed

  • Previous experience in a client facing position, and/or exposure to CIS would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, and exposure to property/construction will assist your application.
  • Experience in compiling management reports. Any experience to financial reporting is essential.
  • An adaptable nature, capable of thinking under pressure and collaborating effectively in a team.
