My client is a trusted partner to millions of customers. The division is growing rapidly, and we're on the lookout for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to support our ambitious plans and projects for the upcoming two years.

This is a high-impact role where finance meets strategy. You'll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with operations and leadership to drive profitability, identify opportunities, and guide investment across our nationwide network.

Ideally you will:

  • Be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with commercial experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role - ideally within retail, automotive, or multi-site operations
  • Exceptional business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-savvy with a knack for turning numbers into narrative
  • Proactive, strategic, and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Confident in handling high volumes of data and working in fast-paced environments
