As part of their growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the business. This is a great role for a driven individual who is undertaking AAT Level 2 or 3.

What’s on offer?

  • 10% Productivity Bonus (Paid Monthly)
  • Office based, Monday - Friday (34 Hours Per Week)
  • 12.30pm Finish Fridays

What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Review, verify, and process supplier invoices & maintain / update supplier files
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Accountable for Weekly Payroll
  • Maintain payroll records, updating personal and financial information

What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and a natural problem solver
  • Studying towards AAT would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
