FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a small finance team within a well established logistics business based in Coleshill.
You will be working as part of a three person finance team & reporting into the Finance Manager who is happy to offer guidance & support. This role would be ideal for someone studying their AAT or in their early stages of their finance career - wanting exposure to month-end activity & with a business who can offer career progression.
Duties Will Include
- Maintaining Debtor Accounts including setting up and archiving non-traders
- Raising daily and weekly sales invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Cash posting and allocation of payments
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Utilise the business non-comformative register
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Assist with entering the purchase invoices
- Ordering of stationery and keeping stock of inventory
- Supporting with accounts audit as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc accounts or admin tasks required
