We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide essential support to the Head of Finance and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Finance & Admin department.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
- Help prepare Management Accounts and assist with the year-end audit.
- Keep the sales and purchase ledgers up to date and quickly resolve any issues or queries.
- Assist with prepayments, accruals, and posting journals.
- Reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
What the client is looking for
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations, Accruals & Prepayments and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Flexible with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
