We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our well established client in the Halesowen area.

Accounts duties including but not limited to:

Processing incoming payments relating to rents and service charges,
Processing outgoing payments and invoices to contractors and clients.

Reporting to Clients monthly/quarterly and dealing with queries
Credit control of rent and service charge arrears.
Issuing invoices to tenants and leaseholders.
Answering accounting queries from leaseholders, tenants and clients
Preparation of bank reconciliations for client accounts
Administrative duties within the accounts department
Liaison with and reporting to other departments with Cottons
