Description
Your role will be reporting into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts
- Ensuring system is up to date, and providing financial information to clients
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable and ageing reports
- Collaborate with sales and retention teams to address customer queries
- Assist in development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures
- Processing daily bank receipts
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Reviewing P&L
Profile
The successful candidate will be to have:
- 2 years experience in a finance team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can pick up processes with ease
You will be need to be available to start from 3rd February 2025 and able to be in an office 4 days a week.
Job Offer
