This Trainee Accountant position will allow you to build up the skills to advance you in your accounting career providing you with an unrivalled study support package, in-depth training and a welcoming, vibrant environment working alongside like-minded individuals.

The successful individual for this role will be a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with individuals both face-to-face and over the phone, has a proven track record of hitting deadlines, and has the drive and determination to climb the career ladder. In this Trainee Accountant position, you will get exposure to managing a portfolio of clients, liaising with senior stakeholders both inside and outside of finance, completing month end accounts and producing detailed reporting.

In this Trainee Accountant position, you will be entrusted to support a number of high profile clients, furthering your chances of advancing within the business as you work shoulder to shoulder with senior members of the team.

Skills required

  • A strong knowledge of core accounting, whether it's from a degree in accounting, through other studies or initial practical experience.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be an ambitious and hardworking individual, who is looking to further their career in the accounting sector, looking to study ACCA or CIMA.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
