Alma Personnel are pleased to announce that they are working with their Birmingham based client to recruit for an experienced Administrator, basically a good all rounder!
You will be joining a small but busy team handling daily calls from customers, processing orders, checking invoices are entered correctly and deal with any customer queries via email.
This is a very varied role so being able to multitask would be essential to succeed in this position.
You must be fairly confident on the phone as you will be dealing with customers and couriers on a daily basis.
This position is being offered on a full time permanent basis, Monday to Friday.
Excellent salary offered between £25K-£30k to the best candidate.
