We are currently looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have previous office experience and will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and logging jobs onto the in-house system.
- Updating customers and clients via email and online portals.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with queries from residents and customers.
- Collaborating with customers, admin staff, engineers, and managers/directors to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous office experience is required.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, staff, engineers, and managers.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- IT literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Calm, resilient, pragmatic, and flexible, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
