The successful candidate will have previous office experience and will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and logging jobs onto the in-house system.
  • Updating customers and clients via email and online portals.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with queries from residents and customers.
  • Collaborating with customers, admin staff, engineers, and managers/directors to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:
