Are you a highly motivated and experienced School Administrator with a passion for education & experience using Bromcom?

We are seeking a Bromcom trained individual to join a vibrant school community @ a school in B10! The hours will be from 8:30 - 16:30!

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a School Administrator or in a similar administrative role (e.g. college/university)
  • Essential: Proficiency in Bromcom school management system
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the school office
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school administration team
  • Manage the front of house area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Complete general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Maintain and manage school email accounts
  • Assist with staff onboarding processes, including DBS checks and ID card issuance
  • Undertake other duties as assigned, commensurate with the role
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working in a school environment
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
