Divisions AdministratorWe are currently recruiting for a Divisions Administrator to start by the end of October on a temp- Perm basis - £23,850- £26,247  - Hybrid - Based in Birmingham - B1 2JB  WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?Our client is an established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?To provide general administrative support to the Divisions’ Committee Managers and the Deputy Head of International, Devolved Nations.To Support the Executive Committees of the Division as required.
  1. Support the Divisions’ Committee Managers with the appropriate Executive Committee and their working groups including preparation of minutes, agendas, follow up action and correspondence.
  2. Manage general maintenance to the Divisions’ web pages and assist with the management of the Divisions’ social media accounts.
  3. Support the Divisions’ Committee Managers with the preparation of e-Newsletters, including distribution to Members.
  4. Maintain the College’s central database.
  5. Maintain office stationery and maintain all archive records and filing, both electronic and manual
  6. To be prepared and willing to travel across England and stay away overnight when required.
ABOUT YOU
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Good experience of working in an administrative/secretarial post or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the use of database management and electronic filing
  • Experience of web editing and management of company social media accounts
  • Knowledge of the NHS and an understanding of mental health issues id helpful.
