- Support the Divisions’ Committee Managers with the appropriate Executive Committee and their working groups including preparation of minutes, agendas, follow up action and correspondence.
- Manage general maintenance to the Divisions’ web pages and assist with the management of the Divisions’ social media accounts.
- Support the Divisions’ Committee Managers with the preparation of e-Newsletters, including distribution to Members.
- Maintain the College’s central database.
- Maintain office stationery and maintain all archive records and filing, both electronic and manual
- To be prepared and willing to travel across England and stay away overnight when required.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload.
- Good experience of working in an administrative/secretarial post or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the use of database management and electronic filing
- Experience of web editing and management of company social media accounts
- Knowledge of the NHS and an understanding of mental health issues id helpful.
