An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in their operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialised expertise in a variety of areas including procurement, health and safety, or IT coordination while supporting the senior leadership.

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office locations while providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. You will maintain office presence, coordinate visitors, manage supplies, and support high-level meetings and events. Your role will extend to diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses administration for senior leaders.

You will also take lead responsibility for one key functional area - either procurement, health and safety, or IT coordination. This will involve developing specialist knowledge, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience supporting senior executives, managing diaries and travel arrangements, and working collaboratively across teams.

Applicants must have experience in a similar role with supporting a leadership team as well as undertaking a varied support role.
