A fantastic business based in Birmingham is looking for a highly organisation individual for an operational support role. Based in their close-knit offices you will be required to support the Birmingham and London team as well as various members of the Senior Leadership team in a multi-faceted and challenging role. This business boast fantastic benefits, a diverse working environment, and a forward thinking business strategy working 2 days a week in their office, 3 days a week working from home. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide PA support to the SLT, including diary and inbox managment, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and accommodation

  • Procurement administration support

  • Project and Event Support

  • Office Managment duties; meeting clients, managing meeting rooms, ordering stationary, handling IT and facilities issues

  • All other appropriate tasks in line with team and business needs

The ideal candidate will come from a Senior Level Executive support role within a corporate setting, such as a PA, Office Manager, Events Coordinator or Projects Assistant. You will have a can do approach and be prepared to roll your sleeves up! You must have great IT skills, a strong communication skills and a first class administrator.
