Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client who are looking for an Interim Procurement Support Officer. This role will commence in January 2025 and will run for c3-6 months. This role is predominantly home based but may require some on-site presence in the West Midlands. The role also is offering a day rate up to 250 per day (INSIDE IR35).
The successful candidate will work closely with Category Managers to support various procurement related activity such as; Spend Analytic's, Benchmarking, Supplier Onboarding and managing the Contract Database.
Successful candidates MUST HAVE:
- Experience working in a similar role in Procurement is required
- Self starter with a good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools such as excel
- Experience and/or understand of Spend Analytics would be advantageous
