We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Client Onboarding/KYC Assistant and Office Support professional to join our wonderful, progressive and growing client. This dynamic role combines client onboarding administration, Know Your Client (KYC) procedures, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and comprehensive office management support, offering an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of skills within a professional services environment.

This role is office based.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding processes whilst providing comprehensive administrative support across the business. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, compliance, office management or financial services administration.

Key Responsibilities

In this diverse and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills across multiple areas:

  • Client Onboarding and Compliance
  • Manage the client onboarding process including identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks
  • Prepare engagement letters and assist with Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
  • Support the risk assessment process for new and existing client relationships
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements

Business Support

  • Provide day-to-day office management support, including facilities oversight and maintenance coordination
  • Process internal and external post and manage office supplies
  • Maintain diaries and meeting room bookings
  • Take responsibility for visitor management, including booking, greeting and hospitality arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals aligned with company branding
  • Provide general administrative support including invoicing, document formatting and correspondence
  • Support the Operations Director with HR tasks including recruitment coordination, documentation management, and staff training coordination
