An established Professional Services Company in the Birmingham City area are seeking an experienced Legal PA, to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior lawyers within the firm. Hours of the role are Monday-Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm.Key Responsibilities of the Legal PA role Include:
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external clients and their teams and developing knowledge of their business
  • Providing comprehensive PA support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the legal team.
  • Coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
  • Ensuring efficient filing and document management, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Assisting with billing processes and managing expenses.
Key Requirements of the Legal PA role Include:
  • Proven experience as a PA within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management software.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
