- Building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external clients and their teams and developing knowledge of their business
- Providing comprehensive PA support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the legal team.
- Coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
- Ensuring efficient filing and document management, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Assisting with billing processes and managing expenses.
- Proven experience as a PA within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management software.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
