HB Recruit are looking for an Office Administrator to join an expanding team of specialist engineering consultants providing design consultancy on decarbonisation projects from domestic to utility scale, with a focus on the integration of Heat Pumps and other low carbon technologies.

They are regarded as one of the most experienced heat pump system design teams in the UK, they are a team that other organisations turn to when they cannot solve their heat pump system issues. And they have worked on all manner of projects from the largest heat pump system in the UK right down to domestic properties.

The ideal candidate for the role will be efficient and adaptable, with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers. A general Heat Pump background or interest would be of an advantage to understand the product. However, product training will be given.

Sales:

  • Generate client leads.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Maintaining good customer relations.
  • Communicating and handling customer information.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Maximise the potential from existing customers and seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Develop relationships between Distributors and Retailers to meet customer expectations.
  • Producing Reports.
