An incredible fast paced business is looking for a someone to join their innovative company as a PA to the to the directors of research. This company is found in the heart of Birmingham and this role requires someone who wants to work as a right hand man and have the ability to handle a large amount of tasks effectively and efficiently. This role is great for someone who wants a hybrid working style with 2 days in the office, but it is imperative that you have some previous PA experience as this is a highly demanding role.

Some essential roles are :

  • Diary and email management for the Directors acting as their key point of contact as well as organising of all their meetings including catering.

  • Organising conferences/ marketing events both onsite and offsite, these will include high-end venues and organisation of documents needed and any other necessary arrangements.

  • Extensive client management on key projects.

  • Organising travel and accommodation.

  • Research to provide internal and external information as well as putting together high-level presentations and reports ensuring they are brand compliant.
