Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our school, the School Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing front desk duties, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and ensure they sign in/out according to school policy.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Handle student inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance and visitor logs.
Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage school mail and deliveries.
Assist with any additional tasks as required by school leadership.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using various office equipment.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
