Due to the partnership between Hays and a public sector organisation within the West Midlands area, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator Job.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will be carrying out various tasks such as updating systems and records. You will be required to accurately enter necessary data onto the systems and portals. In addition, you will be checking any food orders that have come through or have been completed to ensure they are correct.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and be a fast learner. Experience with digital food systems would be beneficial for this job.
In addition, this role will be an ASAP start,. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. On registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, temporary role based in Birmingham. This is a contract job until the end of January 2025. The pay rate for this job is £12.50 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
