An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Administrator to work in supporting the operation at Hamms Hall office, you will play an integral role in supporting our client who is part of an established National contract who we provide temporary workers to meet the fluctuating needs of their industrial business.

As a Support Administrator your duties will include:

路 Mailbox management - dealing with general queries from workers, the site, and panels suppliers

路 Communicating changes and updates to all workers via JoinedUp

路 Supporting the consultant in the fulfilment of the weekly plan

路 Managing time and attendance via system

路 Dealing with payroll related queries

路 Dealing with invoice related queries

路 Answering general queries

An ideal Support Administrator will hold the following skills:

路 Excellent communication skills

路 Flexible and adaptable approach to work

路 Ability to work under pressure

路 Excellent organisation and planning skills

路 Excellent IT skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word)

路 A keen eye for detail, ability to follow guidelines

The environment is fast paced and all candidates need to be flexible to work shift pattern between 8am and 8 pm.

Weekend work and rotas will be implemented during peak times (Easter, Sep-Dec).

While you will have a region/s to look after, it is expected that all Regional Consultants will support each other.
