- Job Title/Location: Team Administrator, Remote
- Salary: To £23,000
- Office/WFH: Fully remote although required to visit the London office four times a year, all travel expenses covered by the company
- Requirements: Previous administration experience essential, should be proficient with MS Office, well organised and good communication skills
- Role Snapshot: Providing back office support to two teams, one of those being a contact centre team and dealing with monitoring the client mailbox, handling incoming/outgoing post, indexing and case review/preparation

The Role: The focus with this Team Administrator role is to provide centralised support services to the office in general, but in particular two specific customer facing teams with you helping to deliver a consistent and reliable service to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Client mailbox monitoring, working on data changes as well as working on case reviews and preparation
- Handling incoming and outgoing post. This will involve scanning, indexing, logging of new work and the return of original documents
- There are daily deadlines to meet and you will occasionally work with other departments and support the wider team
Skills / Experience Required: For this Team Administrator role you must have previous administration experience, be comfortable in using the MS Office suite, be well organised, able to deal with multiple tasks successfully and be a strong communicator with a customer service mindset.
Additional Information: Salary for the Team Administrator role is £22,000 - £23,000 + GPP pension, PMI, 25 days holiday and members of the GPP scheme also get Life Assurance & PHI. Please apply below.
