These roles are essential for providing critical administrative support to help deliver excellent housing services to our community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Tenancy Sustainment Team.
  • Process housing register applications and tenancy-related tasks.
  • Maintain and update manual and electronic record systems.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support tenancy terminations and property allocation processes.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team objectives and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GCSE-level education, including English and Maths.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or busy office environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
