Your RoleLead Clinical Decision-Making: Provide precise urgent care using Adastra.Consultation Variety: Conduct face-to-face, home visits, and tele-health sessions.Flexible Shifts: Work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and out-of-hours.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team to optimize patient care.Advanced Clinical Skills: Manage urgent cases with timely interventions.What We Need
QualificationsFully Qualified ACP, ANP, or ECP.Experience: Independent NMP (V300) with minor injuries and illnesses experience.Compliance: Recent DBS check (within 12 months or on update service) and current mandatory training, registrations, and immunizations.Education: MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice with a recordable specialist qualification with the NMC.
