As a Clinical Lead, you will be integral to delivering high standards of clinical care, providing leadership and support to a team of healthcare professionals while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care is provided
- Oversee the clinical governance, quality, and safety of services
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring best practice and compliance with regulations
- Act as a clinical expert and provide support to staff in delivering evidence-based care
- Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities for junior clinical staff
- Contribute to service improvement and ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered within budget and in line with organizational objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in clinical care with a strong focus on patient-centered practices
- Ability to mentor, coach, and support team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in developing and implementing care pathways and clinical audits
- A commitment to continuous professional development
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive
