One of my local authority clients based in the West Midlands are currently on the search for an experienced Housing Standards Manager to join their existing housing team. You will be expected to ensure that the council's statutory duties and responsibilities relating to the provision of housing standards, enforcement, HMOs, and Disabled Facilities Grants are met.

There will be an expectation for you to be based in the office 2 times a week, whilst the other 3 can be done remotely.

Contract: 12 Months

Rate: DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 37 p/w
