REED Birmingham Business Support are recruiting for a Permanent Account Manager to join an exciting client within the FMCG and catering industry.
The primary function of this role is on Customer and Client Retention - to engage with existing members delivering membership value, and increasing member retention to support the business goals including total membership growth.
As an Account Manager, you will work as a key part of the Sales Team with the overall goal of increasing new members, increasing member retention, and increasing member value. The Account Manager will also provide additional support to the Lead Account Managers by performing daily operational and supervisory duties and training within the Team.
Salary: £26,929 per annum, with 20% discretionary bonus

Purpose & Goals:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records on the Membership Management System.

- Member Relationships & Engagement: Maintain high-level member satisfaction through ongoing engagement.
- Account Management: Support each membership tier and manage a personal portfolio.
- Active Listening: Address members' needs with appropriate solutions.
- Expert Advice: Offer guidance on NCASS products, services, and partnerships.
- Query Resolution: Resolve member queries quickly and effectively.
- Promoting the business: Positively promote business offerings and values.
- Developing Plans: Help members develop plans to support their business.
- Accurate Information: Maintain accurate membership records.
- Proactive Learning: Take ownership of personal learning and share knowledge.
- Follow the Process: Ensure correct processes are followed.
- Engage with Systems: Align and integrate information and support for members.
This role is crucial for driving membership growth and ensuring members receive the best possible value and support.
