A growing SaaS company is looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join their commercial team. With a strong presence in the public sector, they provide a powerful social media management platform that enables organisations to engage effectively with their communities. Following the launch of new product modules, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion and require a skilled professional to drive growth within their existing customer base.
This role is ideal for an experienced account manager who thrives on relationship-building and commercial success. You will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customers maximise the value of the platform. Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth from existing accounts, achieved through consultative engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in account management or sales within a SaaS environment, preferably with exposure to the public sector. A proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, is essential. Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and a data-driven approach to account strategy will be advantageous.
