- Identify new opportunities to maximise profitability with existing clients
- Conduct research to identify new business and generate new client accounts
- Prepare estimates based on engineering data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring long term account growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead commercial negotiations to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Background and knowledge of machining/precision engineering
- Significant experience working in an Account Manager/Business Development Manager role
- Demonstratable experience of B2B sales
- Full Driving License as frequent UK travel is required
