Carbon60 is delighted to be working alongside a leading MRO aviation company for Aircraft Mechanics, to work on a exciting modification project converting a 737 to the E7 wedgetail.

For this role you will have 5 years of work history ideally as an aircraft mechanic and you must have right to work in the UK, alongside this you will need to gain security clearance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete strip/removal of aircraft equipment for E7 wedgetail.
  • Installation and modification of complex mechanical assemblies.
  • Compliance with all company procedures and policies, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness.
  • Compliance of Health & Safety in the workplace and COSHH
  • Major component removal and installation

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years aircraft experience
  • Previous live aircraft mechanical experience
  • Military aircraft experience advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Aircraft systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
