Salary: 34000-40000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find an Architectural Technician to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The practice predominantly works on projects within the Residential sector, from housing estates to bespoke homes, alongside some Commercial and Retail projects.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant UK based experience in industry and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full residential projects and will be confident using Revit and AutoCAD

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Significant post-qualification experience is required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Residential experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Brilliant technical detailing abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Proficient using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe
