Digital QA Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Digital QA Engineer to play a central role in this Digital team, collaborating closely with the Product Manager, UX Lead, Business Analysts, Offshore Dev Team, and stakeholders to ensure that only the best-tested software makes it to live release.

This is a permanent, hybrid role with 2 days per week required in the office.

In this Digital QA Engineer role, you will:

• Drive quality and efficiency improvements throughout the project life cycle.
• Be accountable for quality assurance from development through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Write detailed test plans, create test cases, manage triage sessions, and report defects.
• Run manual and automated tests on software and hardware products.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with developers, analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Enhance our test automation framework, support CI/CD, and continuously improve testing methodologies.

Experience for the Digital QA Engineer:

• Experienced in end-to-end testing for web, mobile, and integrated systems.
• Skilled in manual and automated testing with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and various automation frameworks.
• Agile-minded, technically savvy, and skilled at translating complex technical requirements into effective test strategies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage risks, issues, and testing timelines effectively.
