Job Summary
Alecto Recruitment are representing a company that provides material handling solutions, in their search for a Field Service Engineer, this includes equipment and services designed to move, store, or control materials and products throughout manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution processes. They offer a wide range of material handling equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to customer service and breakdown calls.
This is a field-based role, with most of the time being spent working at customers' own sites.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out service and repairs on a range of materials handling equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in motor vehicle, HGV or heavy plant
(Field Service Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Plant Engineer, HGV Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Forklift Engineer)
