About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer to join our client's expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable security solutions provider, delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of intruder alarm systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults with alarm systems efficiently.
  • Ensure installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Accurately complete job documentation and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer.
  • Knowledge of NSI, NACOSS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Systems would be advantageous.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NSI, SSAIB, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good references, security vetting, CRB Check, and valid UK driving license required.
