Senior Coffee Engineer
Location: Home-based within the Birmingham/Nottingham area (field-based role with some office-based administrative responsibilities)
Salary: 40,000+
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Field Engineer to join our team. This role offers a balance of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities, providing vital support to our field engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Field-based engineering work, primarily covering areas north of your home location.
Provide support to all field engineers, assisting with day-to-day queries, technical issues, and onsite training.
Handle administrative tasks and report back to senior management, offering insights and updates on engineering operations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial traditional espresso machine servicing, fault finding, and maintenance.
PSSR certification is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical training and guidance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both field teams and management.
