They are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and personable Structural Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to join their dynamic team in central London. With a focus on collaboration with ambitious architects and clients, the new team member will play a key role in driving forward exciting and complex projects. Filling this position is essential to ensure the team continues to meet project deadlines, uphold their sustainable values, and push the boundaries of structural design while providing exceptional service to their clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed structural designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants to coordinate design solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations for various materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, ensuring environmentally responsible engineering solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex structural engineering challenges during both the design and construction phases.
Required Skills & Qualifictaions:
  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in structural or civil engineering, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and design.
  • Strong understanding of local building regulations, Eurocodes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and safety in all designs.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex structural issues and provide innovative, cost-effective solutions.
