Superb opportunity for a Architect to join one of the UK's leading Architectural practices, to be based in their Birmingham office.
The practice have featured prominently in the list of AJ100 practices over the years, and have multiple offices throughout the UK and internationally. The Birmingham office is now seeking to recruit an Architect as a result of ongoing growth and success.
An Architect with a proven background in the Residential, Education & Commercial sectors would be looked upon favourably for this role, alongside full proficiency in the use of Revit. The practice work in multiple sectors other than the aforementioned, so the opportunity for variety is very much available. Other areas worked within include; Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Hospitality, Workplace and Industrial schemes.
The Architect this role will ideally hold around 2-5 of post Part 3 experience. An Architect with both design and technical/delivery end capabilities would be ideal for this position.
Progression routes are clear within the office, and the Architect in this position will have the chance to progress through to Associate level and beyond.
Other requirements of the Architect as follows:
- ARB registration / RIBA chartered (desirable)
- Job running experience and the ability to lead a small team of Architectural Assistants and Architects (desirable)
- Client facing experience, and comfortable dealing with clients on a one on one basis
- Varied sector experience in areas such as; Residential, Education, Commercial and more.
- 3-5 years of Revit experience
In return, the Architect will receive a salary in the region of 36,000-42,000 per annum dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package.
