Job Title: Architect

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, award-winning architecture practice who provide sustainable services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and qualified Architect to take the lead on a range of commercial projects for their Birmingham studio.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification within a UK practice across a broad range of sectors. The successful individual will be ARB registered, as well as having proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit. Experience of job running will bolster one's application significantly.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
- ARB registered
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors or have specialist experience within one sector
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technical design skills
- Experience of job running would be beneficial
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
