Job Title: Architect

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
This is a great opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who deliver expert design services within the commercial sector. They are actively looking for a self-sufficient Architect who would be looking to progress to a senior level and take the lead on a range of high-profile commercial projects.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience, as well as being registered with ARB. The successful individual will need previous experience of job running as will be required to hit the ground running, whilst also having proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Completed their RIBA part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience of Job running
- Successful background of working on projects across a range of sectors
- Experience working within the commercial sector
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technical design skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
