I am working with an award-winning practice who is looking for motivated Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join their vibrant team in Birmingham. I am working with a RIBA chartered practice that has a passion for innovative, beautiful designs and has a range of exciting upcoming projects spanning across the Healthcare, Education, Culture, Leisure and Residential sectors.
The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient experience in an architectural practice and should have a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent technical abilities and the drive to grow and develop your career.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents
- Ensure compliance with building relations, standards and industry best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
- Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members
- Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
- Previous work on Education projects is essential
- Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport
- Revit knowledge is essential
