Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide a contextual approach to regeneration and design for over 30 years. They are on the lookout for an independent Architectural Technician who is looking to progress within the company and help deliver on a range of high-profile residential projects.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician you will need relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician with proficiency with AutoCAD software. The successful candidate will need to be able to boast strong detailing and design skills and have a background in working on residential projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician with a UK practice
- Experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Post RIBA stage 4 working experience is essential
- Experience with industry standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working alongside clients, contractors and other consultants
- Good knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
- Job running experience
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to Birmingham
